are seeking an Indirect Sr. Tax Manager to join our Global Indirect
Tax team. The Global Indirect Tax Team's mission is to mitigate
risk, drive operational efficiencies, and add financial value by
combining technical expertise with a proactive, collaborative
approach to global indirect taxation. This role will be crucial in
managing all aspects of US and Canada indirect taxation, with a
focus on sales and use tax, business licenses, gross receipts
taxes, and property tax compliance. This is a unique opportunity to
shape and influence tax strategy at a rapidly growing technology
company. About the Role: Reporting to the Sr. Director of Global
Indirect Tax, you will be responsible for managing all US and
Canada indirect tax compliance and reporting processes. You will
work closely with the procurement team on tax exemption strategies,
particularly for data center operations, while ensuring compliance
with evolving tax regulations across multiple state and local
jurisdictions. Key Responsibilities Manage all aspects of US sales
and use tax compliance, including exemption certificate management
Manage Canadian indirect tax filings, including GST, HST and any
provincial sales taxes. Oversee business license requirements and
filings across multiple jurisdictions Ensure timely and accurate
filing of local gross receipts taxes Coordinate and manage property
tax compliance and reporting for all US locations Develop and
implement tax exemption strategies for data center operations
Partner with Procurement to ensure tax-efficient supply chain
processes Monitor tax law changes and assess impact on business
operations Identify tax planning opportunities and implement
strategies to optimize tax positions Manage tax technology
solutions to enhance compliance processes Conduct tax reviews of
significant contracts and transactions Coordinate with third-party
tax providers and ensure quality control of outsourced filings
Provide guidance and training to business stakeholders on indirect
tax matters Support tax audits and respond to notices from tax
authorities Who You Are: 7-10 years of progressive experience in
indirect tax roles, with emphasis on US sales and use tax
Experience at a Big 4 accounting firm and/or technology/SaaS
company preferred Demonstrated expertise with multi-state tax
compliance and nexus issues Experience with data center exemptions
and tax incentives highly desired Strong understanding of SaaS
business models and related tax implications Knowledge of business
license requirements, gross receipts taxes, and property taxation
Experience implementing and using tax technology solutions Proven
ability to manage multiple tax compliance deadlines simultaneously
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities Excellent
communication and stakeholder management skills Bachelor's degree
in Accounting, Finance, or related field Professional certification

base salary range for this role is $135,000 to $198,000. The
starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge,
skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market
alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In
addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a
discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits
