partnered with a reputable company. We are seeking a
detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Analyst with strong
knowledge of UKG Pro (formerly UltiPro). The Payroll Analyst will
ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, compliance with
federal and state regulations, and provide payroll-related support
to employees and management. This role requires advanced analytical
skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the ability to
work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining the highest
level of confidentiality and accuracy. Payroll Analyst
(Contract-to-Hire) Location: Philadelphia, PA (ZIP 19107) Schedule:
Fully Onsite, Monday-Friday Type: Contract-to-Hire Key
Responsibilities Process multi-state payrolls accurately and on
schedule using UKG Pro. Maintain payroll data, including new hires,
terminations, salary changes, benefits, and deductions. Review,
audit, and reconcile payroll reports to ensure compliance and
accuracy. Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local payroll
regulations, tax requirements, and company policies. Collaborate
with HR, Finance, and Benefits teams to resolve discrepancies and
support payroll-related projects. Respond to employee inquiries
regarding payroll, timesheets, and deductions in a timely manner.
Prepare and analyze payroll reports, audits, and metrics to support
decision-making. Prepare and analyze benefit reporting from payroll
system for billing. Assist with year-end payroll processes,
including W-2 filings. Identify and recommend process improvements
to increase efficiency and accuracy within the payroll function.
Maintain strict confidentiality of payroll and employee
information. Qualifications 2-4 years of payroll experience with a
strong focus on UKG Pro (UltiPro). Knowledge of multi-state
payroll, wage and hour laws, and payroll tax regulations. Strong
analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve
payroll issues. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and time management
skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work
