Job Description:
Fidelity Investments, a leading global financial giant, is
seeking a seasoned Senior Quantitative Developer to join our
dynamic IT & Data Management team. Leverage your analytical prowess
to develop and implement sophisticated quantitative models that aid
in decision-making, risk management, and strategic investments.
This role is pivotal in enhancing our data-driven decision
processes and optimizing our financial product offerings. Design,
develop, and deploy quantitative financial models Collaborate with
cross-functional teams to understand complex financial instruments
and markets Apply machine learning techniques to predict market
trends and risks Enhance existing algorithms and strategies for
asset management Ensure accurate and data-driven investment
decisions Prepare detailed model documentation and report findings
to stakeholders Deep knowledge of quantitative modeling Proficiency
in Python or R Experience with SQL and database management
Familiarity with machine learning frameworks Strong analytical and
problem-solving skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k CFA or similar certification is
highly preferred Additional accreditation in Data Science or
Machine Learning is a plus
