Job Description We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of our accounting processes, developing financial reports, maintaining up-to-date records of assets, and preparing tax returns and audits. Key Responsibilities Maintaining and reviewing financial records and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with accepted accounting practices. Assisting with budget preparation and financial planning processes. Preparing tax returns to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. Conducting regular audits and identify areas for process and financial improvement. Managing company's payroll system, ensuring timely and accurate compensation to our employees. Collaborating with other departments to streamline accounting procedures and refine financial reporting systems. Qualifications Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensure is mandatory. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field. Master's degree preferred. A minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance. Strong knowledge of accounting laws, regulations, and standards. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
