the Position We are seeking a highly organized and proactive
Executive & Team Administrator to support the CEO and COO as well
as broader company operations. This individual will act as a
critical partner to leadership, ensuring day-to-day workflows,
communications, and operational priorities are executed
efficiently. The role requires someone who can manage multiple
priorities, maintain confidentiality, and help build processes and
systems from the ground up in a high-growth environment. What
You’ll Be Doing Provide high-level administrative support to the
CEO and COO, including calendar management, travel coordination,
and meeting logistics Partner closely with Chief of Staff and
Business Operations teams to ensure seamless executive support and
alignment across the company Manage and prioritize incoming
requests, facilitating timely follow-ups and efficient workflows
Support office operations, team culture initiatives, and
cross-functional coordination as needed Lead new hire onboarding in
partnership with hiring managers, including asset provisioning and
first-day coordination Help design, implement, and refine
executive-level processes, systems, and documentation Maintain
strict confidentiality and manage sensitive information with
discretion Assist with ad hoc projects supporting leadership,
fundraising, investor relations, and board communications as needed
Qualifications 4 years of experience supporting C-level executives,
preferably in startup or technology environments Exceptional
organizational, time management, and multitasking skills Strong
written and verbal communication abilities High emotional
intelligence with the ability to anticipate needs and read between
the lines Proficiency with modern productivity and collaboration
tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Slack, Teams) Comfortable operating
in a fast-paced, dynamic, and constantly evolving environment
NYC-based or willing to commute regularly to the NYC office (hybrid
work model) Nice to Have: Experience supporting fundraising,
investor relations, or board communications Event coordination or
operational experience Passion for technology, startups, and
