Job Description:
GENERAL DESCRIPTION Assist with developing and enhancing CAU’s
Behavioral Department to ensure that each member on your caseload
will be receiving appropriate individualized curriculum based on
the utilization of data that will form the basis of effective
methodologies to manage their behavior. EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:
Master’s degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or
related field and BCBA. JOB TASKS Follow CAU’s Evidence Based
Standards for Behavioral Management. Follow Best Behavioral
Practices for both Residential and Day Programs. Assist with
ensuring Compliance and Quality Assurance in the Behavioral
Department. Monitor and analyze all Assessments. Communicate with
Administrative Team for all new Clinical Requests. Collaborate with
BCBA’s under direct supervision on each case. Monitor Behavioral
Data in E.H.R. systems. Assist with the onboarding processes for
the Behavioral Department. Cooperate with Agency, legal
authorities, and Department of Human Services or any part or
successor thereof in any inspection or investigation. Continuously
analyze data and implement program changes when needed. Ensures
compliance with all required state and federally mandated
background and exclusion checks including but not limited to
criminal history background investigation (fingerprinting), Central
Registry, Child Abuse Record Information (CARI), drug testing, and
motor vehicle checks. Ensures compliance with wearing a mask when
mandated by State, Federal, and Licensing authorities during a
public health crisis/pandemic. Prepare for audits and
accreditations. All other duties as assigned. SHIFT Mon-Fri 9:00AM
– 5:00PM Flexibility as needed. BENEFITS Medical Insurance-
