Philadelphia's BMW Dealer is looking for a Service Advisor to join
our team. This is an excellent opportunity for any automotive
professional who is passionate about customer service.
Qualifications: Minimum 1 year experience as a Service Advisor in a
dealership or tire store setting Passion to provide the highest
level of customer service Excellent communication and
organizational skills Ability to perform in a fast-paced
environment Familiarity with automotive software - CDK a plus
Professional attitude and appearance Ability to pass pre-employment
screening including driving, drug and background Responsibilities:
Build rapport with all customers and expand your personal “book of
business” Assist and advise customer with all automotive service
needs Handle all incoming calls in a professional manner Set,
manage and deliver on customer expectations Maintain accurate and
timely communication during service visit Create, monitor and
complete quality work orders and invoices Provide clear estimates
of work required and recommended Initiate and manage extended
warranty and insurance claims Ensure legal and warranty compliance
on all documents and processes Produce clear invoices with complete
explanations of work performed or declined Maintain a positive,
team-oriented relationship with technicians and parts personnel
Assist all dealer personnel as required to foster positive outcomes
for customers and coworkers Complete and all required factory and
