Job Description Job Description HVAC Dispatch / Client Services Coordinator Compensation: Up to $75,000 annually (commensurate with experience) Location: Farmingdale, NY We’re seeking a highly organized and customer-focused HVAC Dispatch / Client Services Coordinator to join a fast-paced HVAC company based in Farmingdale, NY. In this role, you’ll be responsible for coordinating technician dispatch, managing customer communications, and supporting billing and collections. What You’ll Do Coordinate and dispatch HVAC technicians based on priority, location, and skill set Schedule service calls, maintenance visits, and emergency requests Monitor technician schedules and make real-time adjustments as needed Serve as the primary communication link between technicians and customers Answer incoming calls and emails professionally and efficiently Provide appointment confirmations, service updates, and follow-ups Address customer questions, concerns, and service issues promptly Assist with invoicing and ensure billing accuracy Follow up on outstanding balances and manage collections professionally Communicate with customers regarding past-due accounts and payment arrangements Maintain accurate service records, customer data, and dispatch logs Update dispatch software, CRM systems, and internal tracking tools Support daily administrative and office operations as needed Requirements Prior experience in HVAC, construction, mechanical, or service-based dispatch preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Experience with collections or accounts receivable is a plus Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities Proficiency with dispatch software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Ability to remain calm, professional, and solutions-focused in a fast-paced environment What We Offer Competitive compensation up to $75,000 annually Stable, full-time position with consistent hours Opportunity to grow within a well-established HVAC operation Fast hiring process — company is looking to hire ASAP Supportive team environment with hands-on training Company Description The Bachrach Group (TBG) is a New York-based staffing and recruiting agency founded in 1974 by Richard Bachrach.
