Physical Therapist Role $50-$55 per hour Job Title: Physical Therapist - ESY Program Location: Overbrook School for the Blind, Philadelphia, PA Schedule: July 7 - August 7, 2025 Hours: Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM - 2:30 PM Position Type: Contract - Extended School Year (ESY) Population: Students with visual impairments and multiple disabilities Job Description: Overbrook School for the Blind is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide compassionate and effective services for students participating in the 2025 Extended School Year program. The PT will support students with visual impairments and complex needs by delivering individualized therapy aligned with IEP goals in a supportive, team-based educational setting. Responsibilities: - Deliver physical therapy services per student IEPs - Collaborate with teachers, aides, and related service staff - Document progress and maintain compliance with school and district standards - Adapt therapy sessions to meet the unique needs of students with visual and multiple impairments - Participate in team meetings and contribute to an inclusive ESY environment Qualifications: - Valid Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license - Pediatric or school-based experience required - Experience with visually impaired and/or medically complex populations strongly preferred - Current clearances (FBI, PA State Police, Child Abuse) Would you like guaranteed pay for an entire year?
