Schedule: Part-Time 1 day per week | On-Site Estimated Dates: ASAP
- June 18th 2026 Salary Range: $48 - $67 hourly (based on
experience) About the Role: AnthroMed Education is hiring a
passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join an
exceptional elementary and middle school team in the Philadelphia
area for the 2025-2026 school year. This is a part-time 1 day per
week, school-based position where you’ll have the opportunity to
make a lasting impact on young learners. This school is known for
its inclusive, supportive culture and strong leadership, making it
an ideal environment for both new and experienced SLPs to thrive.
You’ll work alongside a collaborative team of educators and
clinicians, with consistent support from both the school and the
AnthroMed community. This role is a great fit for an adaptable,
team-oriented clinician who is eager to grow and contribute
meaningfully to students' success. Responsibilities: Provide
speech-language services to students with a variety of
communication needs Develop and implement IEP goals in
collaboration with educational teams Address speech/language
delays, articulation and fluency disorders, cognitive delays, and
Autism Complete required documentation, progress monitoring, and
data collection Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and
IEP conferences Caseload Details: The type of caseload at each
campus is dependent on which students arrive, which students have
enrolled with outside IEPs, etc. In general, the caseloads are
blended, wih exposure to a balance of standard speech and language
impairments, and some students with more severe delays (i.e.
Autism, may be using AAC, etc.) Each school has an Assistant
Principal of Specialized Services and a case manager Currently
using Easy IEP The school will provide a laptop, badge, and access
to EasyIEP & PowerSchool SLP has the potential to case manage for
any speech-only cases Qualifications: PA State SLP License PA
Department of Education (PDE) – Education Specialist Certificate
School-based experience preferred, but not required Strong
collaboration and communication skills Experience with EasyIEP
