Job Description:

Liro Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Survey Party Chief to join our Engineering and Architecture department. As a leader in enhancing urban infrastructure, our team at Liro Group is dedicated to maintaining and setting extraordinary standards in the construction and engineering sector. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in managing field survey teams responsible for conducting a variety of complex surveys in urban and semi-urban environments. Coordinate and supervise the daily activities of the survey crew, ensuring efficient operations and accurate survey data collection. Interpret plans, specifications, and construction methods to ensure compliance with legal and design requirements. Manage the maintenance and calibration of surveying equipment to guarantee precise measurements. Conduct and verify topographic surveys, boundary surveys, construction staking, and other survey-related activities. Ensure the implementation of appropriate safety and security protocols in all field activities. Liaise with project managers, engineers, and contractors to provide critical inputs for civil engineering projects. Prepare, maintain, and submit accurate field notes, records, and data for construction projects. Train and mentor junior surveyors and supporting staff. Expert proficiency with GPS, GIS, and other surveying instruments and technology. Strong leadership skills and ability to manage small to mid-size teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Capability to interpret complex documents and CAD drawings. Problem-solving skills and precision in data analysis. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) certification preferred. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as required.
