This is a stable, high-earning opportunity for technicians with dealership or high-volume shop experience, especially those familiar with Stellantis (Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram), Ford, or GM vehicles. Certifications are preferred but not required. We provide paid OEM training and a clear path to top pay. Compensation & Benefits Up to $65/hour based on experience and certifications Production bonuses and incentives up to $7/hour Local 259 Union shop with structured pay and guaranteed benefits Paid Stellantis OEM training and certifications Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends Medical, Dental, Vision, Pension, and 401(k) Paid vacation plus 5 floating days off per year Relocation assistance for qualified technicians Modern facility with OEM tools and diagnostic equipment Clear long-term career growth within the Stellantis dealer network Job Responsibilities Diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles efficiently and accurately Perform maintenance and mechanical repairs Use OEM scan tools and follow manufacturer repair procedures Complete multipoint inspections and recommend necessary repairs Accurately document repair orders Maintain safety and quality standards Participate in ongoing OEM training Qualifications Automotive technician experience required Experience with Stellantis/Mopar, Ford, or GM vehicles preferred Stellantis certifications (Level 2, Level 3, or Master) preferred, not required Dealership or high-volume shop experience Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record Reliable, professional, team-oriented attitude Job Type: Full-time Benefits: 401(k) Health insurance Work Location: In person
