• Develop and execute the strategic vision and growth objectives on a $1.75B portfolio of laundry brands.
• Identify, develop, and implement strategies that create growth opportunities, increase market share, and profit.
• Lead a dynamic team and collaborate cross-functionally to achieve objectives.
• Demonstrate strong leadership and significant influence management skills with the ability to gain credibility with senior leadership while challenging the status quo.
• Lead complex projects and programs from idea to implementation by providing strategic direction and thought leadership to stakeholders, leveraging resources, and driving risk mitigation strategies.
• Maintain an external mindset, including staying on top of consumer, competitive, and macroeconomic trends.
