They are the first contact with students, families, and teachers, forming strong relationships and ensuring students have the best experience from day one. Responsibilities include administering academic evaluations, working with students on their first day, and holding monthly meetings.Responsibilities:

  • Hire, train, manage, motivate, and evaluate part-time staff.
  • Supervise instruction to ensure effectiveness, accuracy, and competency.
  • Manage all program aspects, including supervision of program design, instruction, and student progress.
  • Perform administrative tasks: answer phones, maintain schedules, input data, file, handle mail, and monitor inventory. Manage daily and monthly financial activities.
  • Provide students with quality education while adhering to ethical standards and brand guidelines.
  • Maintain center appearance and follow CDC guidelines.
  • Handle payroll and scheduling for students and teachers weekly.
  • Develop marketing strategies with the Center Director to enhance Huntington's community presence.Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree required; management or education preferred.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment.
    • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
