*Remote Acute Care Psychiatrist*Array Behavioral Care is hiring a 100% virtual Psychiatrist to provide measurement-based, culturally humble episodic care to patients in acute crisis across various settings and states. You will immerse yourself in the buzz of emergency departments, hospital medical floors or crisis stabilization units from the comfort of your own home. Array Emergency Psychiatrists collaborate with onsite professionals to determine a timely disposition and use evidence-based practices to provide care to vulnerable individuals experiencing mental health crises.*A typical day may look like:** Simultaneously serving multiple emergency rooms, hospital medical floors, and psychiatric crisis programs to evaluate and treat patients in crisis and find the most appropriate and least restrictive level of care* Receiving support throughout your shift by our 24/7 access center who triages cases and makes sure you have what you need to successfullytreat each patient* Directing and/or implementing psychotherapeutic treatments and prescribing medication to treat mental, emotional, or behavioral disorders* Utilizing a collaborative care approach within your partners healthcare treatment team*You are good at:** Providing psychiatric care to all age groups* Treating patients in acute crisisand providing stabilizing treatment in 24/7 settings* Communicating with patients from various backgrounds and providing culturally competent care*You are comfortable with technology:** Setting up and using technical hardware (i.e., laptop, camera, monitors)* Using various software (e.g., Microsoft 365) and advanced experience with video platforms (i.e., Microsoft 365, Zoom)* Operating EHRs effectively in day-to-day activity* Can easily learn new software*This position will be a good fit for you if:** You are a board-certified or board-eligible Psychiatrist* You have unrestricted, independent licensure* You have a private office space in your home or elsewhere that ensures confidentiality* You have established and updated CAQH and FCVS profiles* You have experience working multiple EMRs at the same time* You have advanced tech proficiency with Windows systems and EMR software over several years of experience in telehealth * You thrive in a supportive, collaborative, solutions-oriented, and inclusive environment* You are interested in being a clinician in a thriving behavioral health care modality* You are passionate about our mission to transform access to quality behavioral care through innovative applications of technology*Were good at:** Providing clinicians with the unique opportunity to treat underserved patients across the care continuum, from performing a crisis evaluation to serving an individual in community or home-based care.* Cultivating a culture in which everyone can bring their authentic, unique self to work* Creating opportunities for clinicians to be engaged and have their voices heard* Offering employed relationships with benefits* Providing clinicians administrative and clinical support, including a 24/7 technology team* Supporting clinicians with:* Medical liability coverage* Coverage of additional licenses needed beyond your home state* Training in delivery of high-quality, culturally competent care* A technology package*Benefits** Regardless of hours worked per week, you are eligible to enroll in our 401k, corporate wellness programs and access to our Arrays Employee Assistance Program (EAP)* Beginning at 24 hours per week you become eligible for CME credits and FlexTime, which can be used for any requested time off, including but not limited to vacation, holidays, personal and sick time* Full benefits eligibility begins at 30 hours per week, which includes medical, dental, and vision insurance for your family as well as employer paid life & long-term disability insurance, additional voluntary benefits include short-term disability, voluntary employee, spousal and child life insurance, accident, critical illness, hospital, or confinement insurance and flexible spending accounts (FSA) and health savings account (HSA) contributionsWe strongly value diversity and are committed to equal opportunity and non-discrimination in all policies and practices, including the area of employment.
