Job Description:
*MedAdventures *_a division of Icon Medical Network _is looking
for an *Nursing Supervisor *to join our partner's full-time team in
*Southern New Jersey**This is a DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITY**Key
Responsibilities :** Oversee the nursing team, including medication
services, admissions, and lab services.* Provide oversight of
inventory, ordering, receiving and accountability of
medication/inventory control in conjunction with the other pharmacy
personnel as required by the DEA (Drug Enforcement Agency) and
state regulatory bodies.* Partner with the Executive Director to
establish and maintain a therapeutic environment and routine for
our resident* Managing up to 5 Nurses, plus medication for all
patients*Key Requirements : ** Must have one year of supervisory
experience or three years of experience in a substance abuse
treatment program or facility providing detoxification services or
in an opioid treatment program* Prior knowledge and /or experience
with regulations and standards including infection control, quality
assurance, and patient care compliance for state licensure.* Prior
experience with chemical addiction and /or mental disorders* New
Jersey Nursing License*Compensation and Schedule:** Target base
salary is $80,000 - 85,000* Monday-Friday Days (5am start) Saturday
on occasion. Closed Sunday and major holidays* On call: if patient
ends up at a hospital, they call the DON or ED of the facility*
