About Us:
PRIME HEALTH PHARMACY LLC is an independent community pharmacy located in the heart of Brooklyn. We are dedicated to providing safe, accurate, and personalized care to a diverse patient population. We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Pharmacist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
--- Dispense prescription medications to patients and provide expert consultation on safe medication use
--- Review prescriptions for accuracy and appropriateness
--- Counsel patients on proper use of medications, including dosage, side effects, and interactions
--- Provide primary health care advice and manage chronic disease medication therapies
--- Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations regarding inventory, storage, and dispensing
--- Collaborate with healthcare providers and insurance companies as needed

Qualifications:
--- PharmD or foreign equivalent (Bachelor in Pharmacy with educational equivalency certification)
--- Valid pharmacist license (required)
--- Arabic language skills preferred but not required
--- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
--- Familiarity with pharmacy software (Data Scan preferred) and insurance reimbursement processes
--- On-the-job training provided (2 weeks to 1 month)

Compensation & Benefits:
--- Annual salary: $121,014
--- Full-time, 40 hours/week
