are seeking two compassionate and experienced Registered Nurses to
join the Maternal Child Home Health team for community-based care
in the Bronx Borough. This position involves visiting patients in
their homes, providing care to newborns through adolescents (0–18
years), and occasionally offering postpartum care to mothers during
newborn visits. Ideal candidates will have acute care experience
across MedSurg, Pediatrics, Critical Care, or Maternal Child
Health, and be comfortable delivering independent in-home care. Key
Responsibilities Deliver high-quality nursing care to pediatric and
maternal patients in their homes Conduct health assessments,
provide patient/family education, and complete accurate
documentation Support maternal health visits during newborn care as
needed (counts as two patient visits) Monitor clinical status,
administer medications, and report changes in condition Ensure
compliance with all health, safety, and patient confidentiality
protocols Requirements License: Active New York State RN License
(Primary Source Verified) Certifications: AHA BLS, PALS required
Experience: Minimum 2 years in an acute care setting (MedSurg,
Pediatrics, Maternal Child, or Critical Care) Current experience in
Maternal Child home health strongly preferred
