Job Description Now Hiring: Perioperative Services Educator | Full-Time South Jersey | Ambulatory Surgery Centers Are you an OR nurse with a passion for education? Ready to build and lead perioperative training across multiple locations? This newly created role offers autonomy, leadership, and the chance to make a measurable impact on surgical care quality. Join a collaborative surgical team in shaping education strategy for a growing network of ambulatory centers—especially in orthopedic and neurosurgical specialties. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and customize the Periop 101 curriculum • Design and implement training across OR, Pre-op, Post-op, and Surgical Tech teams • Collaborate with vendors on new equipment training • Serve as a resource, mentor, and clinical leader across both centers • Review and align policies with current standards of care Compensation & Schedule: • Competitive salary based on experience • Full-time, onsite role with flexible day shift (4x10s or 5x8s; early start Tuesdays) • Comprehensive benefits: PTO, health, vision, dental, 401K, and more Qualifications: • Active NJ RN license (required) • BSN required; MSN preferred or in progress • 1 year in education, with direct experience leading Periop 101 • Strong ortho or neuro surgical background preferred If you're ready to take ownership of a brand-new education program and help elevate perioperative standards—we want to hear from you. howen@ghrhealthcare.com 484-567-0739
