Permanent job opening Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible Mohs Surgeon Full-time position Job Description: We are seeking a full-time Mohs Surgeon to join our fast-growing and dynamic dermatology practice in the New York City area. Our client is rapidly expanding and accepting applications for immediate hire . The ideal candidate will provide compassionate, patient-centered care within a state-of-the-art environment and contribute to the continued growth of our practice. Responsibilities: Provide high-quality patient care in accordance with professional standards and ethics Perform a mix of Mohs, medical, and cosmetic dermatology , including lasers and excisions Collaborate with a supportive team of physicians and mid-level providers Qualifications: Micrographic Dermatologic Surgery (MDS) certification administered by the American Board of Dermatology (ABD) 1-year Mohs Fellowship desired Active New York medical license Compensation & Benefits: $450,000 - $500,000 base salary (Year 1) Generous collections model and performance bonus after Year 1 4 weeks paid time off , plus national holidays Paid CME with dedicated time off Sign-on bonus for full-time candidates Occurrence-based malpractice insurance Comprehensive benefits: health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) Short-term and long-term disability insurance Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) Excellent camaraderie among 70 physicians and mid-levels Training available in lasers and cosmetics, if desired Locations: Rotate between Jackson Heights and Staten Island EMR: EMA Allow RecruitWell to set up a call with you and the client to discuss more!
