orthopedic and pelvic floor physical therapy clinic located in
Armonk, New York. We support women in returning to an active
lifestyle with confidence through individualized, evidence-based
care. Our practice offers an elevated, one-on-one care model for
patients who value personalized attention, longer sessions, and
meaningful outcomes. Our mission is to deliver expert,
compassionate care that empowers patients throughout their
recovery. We treat conditions including urinary and bowel
dysfunction, sexual dysfunction, prolapse, pelvic pain, and
orthopedic conditions. Role Description We are seeking a Physical
Therapist or Occupational Therapist for an on-site, part-time role
with strong potential to transition to full-time. This role is
ideal for a clinician who values meaningful one-on-one care, wants
the time and space to think critically, and is excited to be part
of a holistic, patient-first clinic delivering a premium
experience. We are seeking a compassionate, self-driven provider
with an interest in pelvic floor and orthopedic conditions who is
enthusiastic about promoting lifelong health and well-being. Why

your specialty Responsibilities Provide high-quality,
individualized patient care for pelvic health and orthopedic
conditions Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans
Maintain accurate and timely documentation Collaborate with the
team to support excellent patient outcomes and clinic growth Engage
in ongoing professional development and uphold the clinic’s mission
and values Participate in community outreach and marketing
Qualifications Doctorate or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy or
Occupational Therapy Licensed PT or OT in the state of New York
Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, organized, and committed to patient-centered care
Preferred (Not Required - We will train you) Pelvic health
experience Completion of Herman & Wallace Pelvic Floor Level 1 (or
equivalent) Schedule & Benefits Part-time position with flexible
scheduling and 60-minute one-on-one sessions PTO and CEU credit
Mentorship, training, and support within a specialized pelvic
health practice Supportive, collaborative team culture Competitive
compensation: $45–$65/hour , based on experience and training
