Gifted Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and skilled PRN ICU Registered Nurse to join our team in Newton, New Jersey. Provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients based on the application of scientific nursing principles. Monitor, record, and report symptoms and changes in patients' conditions while maintaining accurate patient records. Administer medications, manage intravenous lines, observe and monitor patients' conditions, maintain records, and communicate with doctors. Implement and develop nursing care plans and participate in the assessment, implementation, and evaluation of patient care. Counsel patients and family members before, during, and after treatment. Strong clinical skills with a focus on critical care, cardiac care, and life support Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work flexibly in a dynamic and changing environment Proficiency in using healthcare software and systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Jersey BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) Certification preferred
