Job Description Advanced Practice Provider Opportunity New York Health Port Jefferson and Smithtown, NY Position Summary Occupation: Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Specialty: OB/GYN Clinic Location: Port Jefferson and Smithtown, NY Employment: Full-Time | Mon-Fri Opportunity: Private Practice, Outpatient Board Certifications: NP-C/PA-C Ideal Candidate: Minimum of 1-2 years of APP experience required OB/GYN or Women's Health experience as RN or APP preferred Travel between clinic locations required About the Role New York Health is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to support its OB/GYN team across the Port Jefferson and Smithtown offices. In this role, you will conduct patient evaluations, provide routine OB/GYN checkups, and assist with ongoing treatment planning while working closely with experienced physicians and clinical staff. This position offers a supportive environment where providers can build strong patient relationships and contribute to delivering compassionate, high?quality healthcare.
