Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Adult Day Care Location: Mi Casa ADH Address: 911 E 23 Street Paterson, NJ 07513 Schedule: Part Time | Monday-Friday | 10am-2pm Wage: $32-34 hour No weekends. We are seeking a reliable, compassionate nursing professional with a strong clinical background and a commitment to providing high-quality care. Key Responsibilities Monitor the health and well-being of program participants, ensuring the highest quality of care. Administer medications, maintain accurate documentation, and oversee staff who assist with medication administration. Provide prescribed medical treatments and personal care in accordance with physician’s orders. Conduct assessments, develop and implement health care plans, and respond appropriately to changes in condition. Train staff on topics such as infection control, universal precautions, and medication administration. Serve as a liaison and advocate between participants, families, physicians, and community service providers. Qualifications Current New Jersey LPN or LVN licensure required. Strong assessment, communication, and clinical documentation skills. Ability to work collaboratively with staff, participants, and families. Prior experience in an adult day health, community health, or long-term care setting preferred. Bilingual in Spanish and English required.
