Jersey Shore Post Acute is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Associate to join our team. This role is pivotal in assisting with the daily care of patients and supporting our mission to deliver tailored rehabilitation services. As a Certified Nursing Associate, you will work directly under the supervision of nursing staff to provide high-quality care to our patients. You will be a key player in helping patients achieve their recovery goals in a supportive and caring environment. Provide basic patient care under the direction of nursing staff. Perform duties such as feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, or moving patients. Record vital signs, including blood pressure and pulse. Assist nursing staff with medical procedures as needed. Engage with patients’ families to inform them of patient status and progress. Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients. Support patients with mobility and physical therapies. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to follow detailed instructions. Empathy and the ability to care for the physically or mentally ill, injured, or elderly. Physical stamina for performing strenuous tasks. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification is required.
