Doctor of Medicine | Neurology - General/Other Location: Yonkers, NY Employer: AAS Locum Tenens Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Start Date: ASAP About the Position We are seeking Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Neurology Physicians for a fully remote Locums Tele-Neurology opportunity supporting hospitals and emergency departments across multiple states. This role offers flexible scheduling with an ongoing need, ideal for physicians seeking supplemental work or a long-term telemedicine practice. Physicians provide real-time neurologic consultation for acute and inpatient cases, including stroke alerts, using a secure, enterprise-level telemedicine platform with full clinical and technical support. Position Highlights: 100% remote telemedicine $210.000 to $220.000 per hour (work from home) Locums engagement with long-term assignments available Flexible FT and PT scheduling Day, evening, overnight, weekend shifts Malpractice coverage provided Credentialing and licensing support Additional state licenses paid as needed Responsibilities: Provide remote neurologic consultation to ED and inpatient teams Evaluate acute stroke cases and guide thrombolytic or endovascular decisions Review imaging and clinical data in real time Collaborate with on-site clinicians on treatment plans Document encounters in the EMR Requirements: MD or DO Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Neurology Stroke experience preferred; vascular neurology a plus Active U.S. medical license required Multi-state licensure strongly preferred (licensing support provided) Licensure Needs Licenses in hand preferred; FL, NY, MA, TX, AR, AL, IA, AZ, CA Comfortable managing acute neurologic cases remotely
