Job Description:
Description Responsible for assisting patients with all aspects
of personal hygiene in patients’ home. Principal Accountabilities:
1.Assists patients into and out of bed or wheelchair, to lavatory,
and up and down stairs. 2.Assists patients with personal care;
bathe, shampoo and comb hair, clean and file nails and provide skin
care. 3.Performs other related duties as assigned. Qualifications
Required: 1. High School Diploma or equivalent. 2. Certified Home
Health Aide (CHHA) Certification. 3. Valid and unrestricted
driver’s license with a clean driving record Preferred: 1. 1 year
of experience as a CHHA preferred.
