• Approximately 50% PPO / 50% Fee-for-Service patient mix
• Active patient base of approximately 2,300
• 1 Full-Time and 1 Part-Time Dentist
• 1 Full-Time and 2 Part-Time Hygienists

Schedule

Required:

• Monday: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM
• Tuesday: 8:00 AM 6:00 PM
• Wednesday: 8:00 AM 6:00 PM
• Friday: 9:00 AM 2:00 PM

Preferred:

• One Saturday per month: 9:00 AM 1:00 PM
• Future Thursday availability preferred (11:00 AM 7:00 PM)

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
• Active state dental license and DEA registration (as required)
• GPR or AEGD preferred
• Strong clinical skills in comprehensive general dentistry
• Experience in cosmetic and restorative dentistry
• Endodontic and surgical experience preferred
• Excellent communication and patient relationship skills
• Commitment to providing exceptional patient-centered care

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive general, restorative, and cosmetic dental care
• Perform examinations, diagnose oral health conditions, and develop treatment plans
• Educate patients on treatment options and preventive care
• Collaborate closely with hygienists, assistants, and administrative team members
• Utilize advanced technologies, including digital radiography, intraoral scanning, and Cone Beam imaging
• Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and growth-oriented practice culture

Compensation & Benefits

Annual Compensation: $195,000 $250,000+
