Job Description Job Description The Run Coach at Fitometry Health Club assumes an integral role in guiding our members towards maximizing their athletic capabilities in a safe and effective manner. The successful candidate will demonstrate a passionate commitment to the Fitometry mission and possess an innate ability to motivate and inspire individuals to achieve their personal running goals. Key Responsibilities: Design, implement and manage training programs for members of varying fitness levels. Conduct group running sessions effectively and efficiently. Provide constant guidance and feedback on members’ running form and techniques to ensure their safety and efficiency during workouts. Monitor progress of each member, adapt programs as needed, and provide periodic fitness assessments. Organize program schedules, manage individual appointments and handle members’ inquiries about the running program. Qualifications: Certified Group Fitness Instructor from a recognized industry organization. A minimum of two years of experience in coaching or a related field. Strong understanding of physiology, training program development, and sport-specific requirements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
