Job Description Job Description We’re a growing fast-casual scratch café brand seeking an engaging, fun Cafe Manager to lead our team. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone passionate about great food, team development, and creating a welcoming customer experience. Cafe Manager Responsibilities Collaborate with FOH and BOH staff to maintain smooth service flow Build and lead a strong, motivated team through coaching and mentorship Place and receive vendor orders; manage inventory levels Handle daily cash deposits and maintain register accuracy Conduct interviews and onboard new team members Prepare and manage staff schedules Monitor KPIs and make operational adjustments to meet targets Cafe Manager Qualifications Available to work full-time, including weekends and holidays Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills Familiarity with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.) Reliable transportation and ability to commute or relocate as needed Cafe Manager Benefits Salary up to $65k Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off Employee discount
