Clean Harbors is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Sales Route Driver with a CDL to join our transportation and logistics team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of environmental services, including hazardous waste disposal and emergency response. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and expanding sales territories, maintaining strong customer relationships, and upholding our commitment to sustainability and safety. This position requires robust knowledge of DOT regulations and experience in hazardous material handling. Safe operation of commercial vehicles including compliance with speed and traffic regulations Management and expansion of sales territories and customer relationships Transportation and handling of hazardous materials with adherence to all safety and environmental laws Execution of necessary paperwork and documentation for waste tracking and compliance Collaboration with customer service and logistics teams to optimize routes and service efficiency Conduct vehicle maintenance checks and coordinate repairs as needed Provide training and support to junior drivers Review and analyze sales and operational data to enhance route efficacy Strong driving skills with familiarity in handling hazardous materials Excellent sales acumen and customer relationship management Proficient in regulatory and safety compliance pertaining to transportation and waste management Proven ability to analyze data and optimize routes Effective communication and training skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with Hazardous Materials Endorsement DOT Medical Certification Clean driving record
