Job Description:
About the Role The Distribution Center (DC) Manager leads all
aspects of daily operations at our Linden, NJ location ensuring
efficiency, accuracy, and safety across the facility. This role is
responsible for managing resources, developing and executing
operational plans, and continuously improving processes to drive
productivity and operational excellence. The DC Manager acts as a
strategic leader, aligning team performance with organizational
goals and ensuring seamless distribution operations that support
overall business objectives. Your Daily Impact at Peloton Direct
and oversee all daily distribution center activities, ensuring peak
operational efficiency, timely order fulfillment, and exceptional
customer satisfaction Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing
team of Operations Managers and warehouse staff, fostering a
strong, collaborative, and results-driven culture. Create and
implement team development plans that build skills and advance
careers Design, implement, and continuously improve warehouse
systems, including inventory management, product handling, storage,
shipping, yard management, and equipment utilization, to maximize
operational efficiency and minimize costs Set operational
performance targets, monitor progress, and drive accountability
across teams to achieve short- and long-term business objectives
Maintain a safe and compliant work environment by enforcing
policies, procedures, and OSHA standards, proactively addressing
risks and ensuring team adherence Lead initiatives to develop and
implement scalable operational strategies, policies, and processes
that support business growth, network alignment, and operational
consistency Oversee capital asset maintenance, manage operating
budgets, and implement cost-effective systems to optimize labor,
equipment, and financial resources Partner with stakeholders across
the supply chain network to identify opportunities, resolve
operational challenges, and implement corrective measures Evaluate
operational efficiency and identify areas for improvement,
leveraging data-driven insights to enhance productivity, quality,
and profitability What success looks like: Seamless, efficient, and
scalable distribution operations Achievement of operational KPIs
and financial targets High employee engagement, retention, and
professional development Continuous improvement in processes,
productivity, and member satisfaction Effective collaboration and
alignment with cross-functional stakeholder You Bring to Peloton
Bachelor’s Degree, Masters preferred 3 years leading operations
Strong operational mindset with proven ability to deliver results
and lead large teams Proven experience managing teams across
different levels of expertise Strong analytical background;
comfortable in ambiguous situations Must be flexible to work a
variety of hours as business demands including overnight, weekends
and holidays Experience with Lean Six Sigma a plus Physical
Requirements This is primarily an active position, involving long
periods of standing and lifting items weighing 25 lbs or more. The

functions. The base salary range represents the low and high end of
the anticipated salary range for this position based at our New
York City headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this
position will depend on numerous factors including, without
limitation, experience and business objectives and if the location
for the job changes. Our base salary is just one component of
