Job Description Job Description Marketing Coordinator – Luxury Travel & Hospitality New York, NY | $58,000 – $90,000 DOE | Full-time Hybrid flexibility after 90 days A leading luxury travel company is seeking a highly organized Marketing Coordinator to support communications, campaigns, and brand initiatives across digital and print channels. This is a hands-on role where no two days look the same—you’ll proof materials, coordinate campaigns, manage vendors, and keep projects moving in a fast-paced, creative environment. What You’ll Do Support B2B and B2C marketing communications, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy. Manage multiple campaigns while keeping projects on time and on brand. Collaborate with writers, designers, vendors, and the sales team to bring marketing initiatives to life. Maintain and manage digital assets, collateral, and trade show logistics. Track competitor activity and industry trends, providing insights and recommendations. Use generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, etc.) to streamline workflows and spark creative solutions. Support analytics, project management, and marketing technology adoption. What We’re Looking For 5–7 years of marketing coordination or communications experience (luxury, travel, or hospitality a plus). Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills. Strong project management skills with attention to detail and deadlines. Experience working with Microsoft 365, collaboration tools, and marketing platforms. Proactive, dependable, and eager to learn new technologies and trends.
