Job Description:
ABOUT THE ROLE: We are looking for a highly organized,
goal-oriented, self-starter to join our Growth Marketing Team. This
role is critical in driving against event initiatives that
contribute to company pipeline, revenue, and brand visibility. The
ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of managing and
scaling events, optimizing performance, and working
cross-functionally to deliver impactful outcomes. WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Manage end-to-end event logistics including vendor relationships,
budgets, contracts, staffing plans, and timelines Execute event
plans for our Annual Events Calendar, including tradeshows,
conferences, field events, our annual hosted event, and other
ancillary events Support the project management for our event
marketing processes including budget, timeline, and execution for
event deliverables, including but not limited to contracts,
invoices, booths, sponsorships, collateral, swag, internal
communications, pre-event promotions, and post-event follow-up Work
closely with key internal stakeholders (sales, customer success,
design studio, etc.) to align on deliverables, ensure timelines are
met, and maximize integrated efforts and event execution Build and
maintain relationships with key third-party vendors and partners,
managing programs and ensuring deliverables are on track Build and
execute integrated campaigns including email campaigns, paid ads,
to drive engagement pre-event and post-event Work with product
marketing to ensure proper messaging/content is delivered including
but not limited to, speaking opportunities, collateral, videos,
PR/AR opportunities, etc. Work with sales to coordinate proper
pre-event outreach and post-event follow up Establish measurable
objectives and success criteria, including pre-and-post evaluations
Assist with data entry and campaign / list management from all
events Manage and reconcile event budget Provide onsite or virtual
support during events as needed WHO YOU ARE: 4 years of proven
experience in events or field marketing with a track record of
successful event execution Ability to manage multiple concurrent
events within established timelines A history of creativity when
approaching events to help brands “stand out” from the noise
Exceptional prioritization, project management, and budget
management skills Strong written and communication skills Roll up
your sleeves, can-do attitude Proficiency with Pardot or similar
marketing automation software Travel to / stay for events to
support on site when needed EXTRA CREDIT: Experience with
Salesforce Familiarity with the employer benefits industry Start-up
experience BASE SALARY: $100,000-125,000 This position is located
