What You’ll Do: Lead and manage a team of Enterprise Account
Executives to achieve and exceed sales targets Define sales
territories, assign quotas, and determine target accounts Coach and
develop team members to enhance performance and drive success
Collaborate with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to
execute sales strategies Foster relationships with key clients and
partners to drive business growth Meet or beat quarterly and annual
bookings target What You’ll Need to Be Successful: A successful
track record delivering results in enterprise software sales as a
sales team leader Experience managing and coaching a team
throughout the full sales cycle Strong ability to define
territories, assign quotas, and drive account planning Excellent
written and verbal communication skills A strategic mindset with
the ability to drive pipeline growth and revenue success Why
