Job Description:
Our client, a leading organization in the food industry, is
seeking a CSR - Inbound and Outbound Sales /Order Entry to join
their team. As a CSR - Inbound and Outbound Sales /Order Entry, you
will be part of the Customer Service department supporting sales
and customer relations. The ideal candidate will have excellent
communication skills, high energy, and a proactive attitude, which
will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: CSR -
Inbound and Outbound Sales /Order Entry Location: New Rochelle, NY
Pay Range: $22 Shift: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm What's the Job? Manage
customer inquiries and take orders using all communication channels
(phone, email, etc.) Work closely with customers on the phone to
help them select the right items and upsell Provide a high level of
customer service to ensure customer satisfaction Reach out to
lapsed customers during slow periods to re-engage them Assist with
business development projects to grow the customer base What's
