will engage homeowners, build rapport, and introduce Grapevine Pros
exterior remodeling solutions. Youll learn how to communicate
value, overcome objections, and set qualified appointments through
direct interaction. You will participate in structured training,
daily coaching, and weekly skill development. You will deliver
interactive presentations and represent the brand with
professionalism and confidence. This is an in-person role. Growth
Path Top performers can advance to Team Lead within 3 months and
into Management within 12 months. Advancement is earned, not

income and responsibility. Primary Responsibilities You will help
execute multiple marketing and outreach strategies. You will
promote Grapevine Pros products and services to new and existing
homeowners. You will attend ongoing training and coaching sessions.
You will deliver in-person presentations and represent the company
in the field. This is not a remote position. Qualifications You
must be at least 18 years old. Strong interpersonal,
organizational, and communication skills are required. You must be
comfortable speaking confidently with homeowners. Coachability and
a commitment to personal growth are non-negotiable. Availability is
Monday through Saturday, between 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., five days
per week. Compensation & Benefits First Year OTE with bonuses range
from $70,000 - $90,000. Full medical, dental, and vision benefits
begin after 90 days. Youll have access to modern sales technology,
