empower themand build safer communities. Your Mission Youll lead
prospective members through 90-minute demo sessions, giving them an
unforgettable introduction to our training programs, simulator
systems, and membership options. Using your tactical credibility
and sales instincts , you'll help them say yes to taking control of
their safety and skills. What Youll Do Host Demos : Lead training
tours, guide them through simulations, and close with a tailored
membership pitch Follow Up Like a Pro : Reach out to leads via
phone, email, or in-persondont wait for them to come to you Close
the Deal : Identify needs, handle objections, and walk prospects
through sign-up and onboarding Track Progress : Use our CRM
(ClubReady) to manage your pipeline and follow-ups Own Your Numbers
: Hit individual enrollment goals while supporting team success and
high standards Must-Haves: Strong track record in sales ,
recruiting , or public-facing roles Ability to earn trust,
communicate clearly, and lead prospects to a decision Highly
organized, self-driven, and team-oriented Excellent at handling
objections , building rapport, and working independently
Comfortable working in a structured, high-accountability culture
Bonus Points : Prior military, law enforcement, or tactical
background Familiarity with CRM tools (ClubReady, Go Highlevel)
