hiring a Level 3 Business Development Representative to take a
leading role in expanding ODMF’s footprint across high-value
sectors that rely on precision 2D components. This is the most
experienced tier of our BD track—designed for someone who
understands how to engage technical buyers, read between the lines,
and create meaningful opportunities that align with our
capabilities. You won’t be quoting jobs or managing accounts, but
you will be responsible for shaping outreach strategy, opening
doors with key decision-makers, and driving qualified opportunities
that support long-term partnerships. This role carries significant
autonomy and influence in how we approach target markets. What
You’ll Do: Build and manage outreach strategies for priority
verticals including aerospace, defense, industrial OEMs,
medical/pharma, automotive, and specialty manufacturers Identify,
pursue, and engage high-value prospects with a consultative,
solutions-focused approach Hold deeper technical conversations to
understand part requirements, run sizes, timelines, and
manufacturability considerations Position ODMF as a precision
partner—clarifying our strengths, capabilities, and best-fit
project profiles Coordinate meetings, capability reviews, and
facility introductions between prospects and ODMF leadership or
engineering Maintain a disciplined pipeline with clear
documentation and insight into opportunity quality Provide feedback
from the field to help guide BD direction, marketing focus, and
industry positioning Support mentoring of Level 1–2 BD reps when
needed, helping raise the team’s overall capability What You Need:
3–7 years of business development, outbound B2B engagement, or
technical-facing relationship-building experience Strong
communication skills with the ability to engage engineers, buyers,
and decision-makers with confidence Experience navigating technical
discussions and asking the right questions to determine fit A
proactive, self-starting mindset—you create momentum without
waiting to be told Reliable organization and follow-through across
multiple verticals and prospecting cycles Ability to adapt quickly
and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment Valid
driver’s license and insurability Compensation & Benefits:
$75,000–$88,000/year based on experience Incentive Potential:
