partnering with a leading Aerospace Distribution company to
identify a dynamic, high-energy Regional Sales Manager, Aerospace .
This is a fully remote role with significant travel across the West
Coast . Position Overview We are seeking a driven,
relationship-focused sales leader to expand market presence, drive
new business, and cultivate strategic customer partnerships across
the Aerospace sector. This role is ideal for a motivated
self-starter who thrives in a high-travel,
business-development-heavy environment. Position Details Title:
Regional Sales Manager, Aerospace - West Coast Location: Fully
Remote Travel: 50%-70% across the West Coast (WA, CA, OR, CO, MT;
all states west of the Mississippi) Target Candidate Location: West
Coast or Midwest Compensation & Benefits Base Salary:
$115,000-$130,000 Bonuses: Quarterly bonus program (10-15%)

and pension plan Company Overview Our client is a long-established
Aerospace Distributor (founded 1925) specializing in highly
engineered products supporting commercial and military programs
across airframe, powerplant, landing gear, hydraulics, and more.
They operate with a national footprint, mid-size team, and strong
market reputation as a value-added, solutions-oriented distribution
partner. Role Focus & Responsibilities This position is heavily
focused on new business development , in-person visits,
prospecting, and identifying opportunities for the inside sales
team to quote. Primary Responsibilities Drive new business through
proactive outreach, cold calling, and on-site meetings. Manage a
portfolio of accounts (approx. 70% existing, 30% new) with emphasis
on growth. Expand presence with key Aerospace customers and
industry players. Attend trade shows (2-3 annually) and actively
engage in customer visits. Collaborate with inside sales to ensure
seamless opportunity follow-up. Deliver strong communication,
negotiation, and deal-closing capabilities. Serve as a trusted
advisor by adding engineering, supply chain, and value-added
insights. Uphold team-based sales goals and KPIs. Manage expense
reporting through corporate Amex system. Qualifications 4-6 years
of experience as an Outside Sales Professional . Aerospace industry
experience required Experience in bearings or precision components
preferred , not required. Experience in distribution models (buy
from manufacturers ? sell to end users) is highly valuable. Strong
communication, business development, and closing skills. Ability to
thrive in a high-travel environment. Bachelor's degree preferred
but not required. Go-getter, self-driven personality with
willingness to roll up sleeves. Preferred Qualifications
Distribution industry experience. Experience selling value-added
services. Strong relationship-building skills across engineering,
operations, and procurement. Experience supporting or collaborating
with inside sales teams. If you are a motivated sales professional
