Job Description:
Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent
practical experience. 8 years of experience in digital media,
sales, marketing, or product roles. Experience working with digital
organizations. Experience identifying and recommending scalable
solutions to improve customer strategy, and working with executive
leadership. Preferred qualifications: Experience using product and
domain expertise to increase product adoption. Experience
identifying and recommending new processes, procedures, and methods
for product adoption strategy, addressing future needs by
partnering and collaborating with regional partners/stakeholders.
Ability to influence and build relationships across teams and
functions to address customer needs and close agreements. Ability
to be a thought leader of Google product and engaged landscape.

role, you will transition Google's engagement model from Generative
Engine Optimization (GEO) discovery to formal ecosystem advocacy.
You will manage relationships with GEO players, treating them as an
influencer channel to steer the GEO ecosystem and support brands
and Google. Utilizing your technical experience with the
Measurement and AI stack and cross-functional teams, you will
simplify Google for partners, shape the GEO ecosystem to prioritize
Google surfaces, and provide feedback to internal Product and
global strategy teams. Additionally, you will lead C-Suite strategy
and product initiatives. Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams
are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's
leading brands and agencies. We continuously challenge how
customers think about their business and how Google can support
growth. We focus on helping these players navigate profound
industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by
competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions
across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our
LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the
forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing
market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that
significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth
of Google. The US base salary range for this full-time position is
$124,000-$180,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are
determined by role, level, and location. Within the range,
individual pay is determined by work location and additional
factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant

Responsibilities Establish, cultivate, and operationalize
partnerships with companies providing marketers and agencies with
tools and perspectives on search advertising in an AI-first world.
Influence partners to prioritize Google-owned surfaces in their
tools, methodologies, and Share of Model POVs. Translate complex
partner feedback into standardized, high-impact intelligence briefs
for Product Managers and Global Product Leads. Work collaboratively
with cross functional teams, including the third-party (3P)
Measurement team, to integrate learnings from GEO/AEO companies
into partner workflows. Lead engagement with Generative Engine
Optimization (GEO) players, facilitating a formal model to ensure
alignment and track progress.
