$105,000.00 Maximum Salary $150,000.00 Job Description The EH&S
Violations Program Manager will oversee the companys Environmental,
Health & Safety (EH&S) violations program, ensuring all
citations, notices, and regulatory matters are managed with
accuracy, efficiency, and compliance. This role works closely with
internal stakeholders, government agencies, and the law department
to manage reporting, hearings, payments, and corrective actions.
The manager plays a key role in data analysis, trend
identification, regulatory communication, and ongoing program
improvement. The manager will manage staff, assign tasks and
evaluate performance to effectively manage the violations program.
This position does not provide employment pursuant to the terms of
a STEM OPT Training Plan. Responsibilities Core Responsibilities
Maintain a comprehensive log of violations, including deadlines,
costs, action plans, and closure status. Serve as the primary
contact for all EH&S violations, citations, and regulatory
correspondence across all business units. Coordinate directly with
government agencies and internal stakeholders to facilitate timely
and accurate responses to regulatory agencies such as OSHA, EPA,
DEP, DEC, FDNY, DOH and local authorities. Work closely with the
Law Department and internal customers to prepare for and support
upcoming hearings. Perform detailed data analysis to identify
trends, outliers, recurrence of violations, and potential risk
areas. Support the maintenance and updates of the Power Business
Intelligence dashboard for EH&S violations and compliance
metrics. Maintain organized digital files, evidence, and violation
records within SharePoint or designated systems. Identify long-term
improvement strategies based on violation patterns and operational
behavior. Communicate regulatory updates, program changes, and key
performance metrics to leadership and operational teams. Assign
tasks based on team priorities to staff and manage team performance
to meet the goals of the violations program. Deliver guidance and
coaching to develop staff to meet the expectations of the
violations program. Provide guidance and training to teams on
violation prevention, documentation needs, and regulatory
expectations. Collaborate with EH&S and operational leaders to
develop effective corrective actions. Additional
Qualifications/Responsibilities Qualifications Required
Education/Experience Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science,
Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Engineering, or related
field and 3 years of relevant work experience or Associate's Degree
in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene,
Engineering, or related field and 5 years of relevant work
experience or High School Diploma/GED and 7 years of relevant work
experience Relevant Work Experience Strong knowledge of federal,
state, and local EH&S regulations, required. Must have
excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills to communicate
with all levels of management, required. Advanced proficiency with
Microsoft Excel and solid knowledge of SharePoint, required.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and time management skills,
required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, preferred.
Experience managing regulatory records, audits, or communications
with government agencies, preferred. Skills and Abilities Strong
written and verbal communication skills Well organized, detail
oriented and flexible to handle multiple assignments Demonstrated
analytical skills Ability to lead/manage others Licenses and
Certifications Driver's License Required Physical Demands Sit or

Physical Demands The selected candidate will be assigned a System
Emergency Assignment (i.e., an emergency response role) and will be
expected to work non-business hours during emergencies, which may
