Position Summary: The Warehouse Supervisor has general
responsibility for supervising and coordinating all aspects of the
daily operation of the warehouse in a manner consistent with
company goals and objectives. This includes assistance with
employee relation matters, assuring employees understand FDA/GMP
guidelines, company and departmental policies and procedures,
safety regulations, and quality assurance guidelines.
Responsibilities: Essential Duties Supervises activities related to
the development and management of an organization's supply chain.
Oversees the work of a team that coordinates the movement of raw
materials, in-process goods or completed merchandise. Administers
strategies meant to optimize organizational inventory levels and
support organizational business objectives. Forecasts demand or
predicts inventory needs based on analysis of historical data.
Maintains contact with vendors and submits purchase orders or
requisitions in order to ensure a continuous supply of goods. Uses
working knowledge of the field's policies, procedures and
practices. Responsible for department safety and training. Leads
and directs the work of other employees. Typically has some
authority for personnel decisions related to hiring, performance or
disciplinary actions. The job function listed is not exhaustive and
shall also include any responsibilities as assigned by the
Supervisor from time to time. Expertise: Knowledge & Skills
Requires full working knowledge of relevant business practices and
procedures in professional field. Uses standard theories,
principles and concepts and integrates them to propose a course of
action. Provides direct or supervision to a group of employees,
assigning tasks and checking work at frequent intervals.
Accountabilities include work and people scheduling, performance
management and recommendations for hiring decisions. Judgement is
required in resolving all day-to-day problems Contacts are
primarily with department supervisors, leads, subordinates, and
peers. Frequent contact with external contractors/vendors.

Required: Bachelor's degree required or equivalent combination of
education and experience 02-04 years related experience required.

targeted range for this role takes into account a range of factors
that are considered when making compensation and hiring decisions;

applicable geographic differential associated with the location at
which the position may be filled. Compensation decisions are
