support to elementary students in grades K-4. Based in Clarks
Summit, PA, this onsite role is ideal for a dedicated social worker
specializing in school settings who is passionate about fostering
student well-being and academic success. Key Responsibilities: -
Deliver comprehensive social work services to support the emotional
and social development of young students. - Collaborate with
teachers, parents, and school staff to create individualized plans
that address students' needs. - Conduct assessments, provide
counseling, and connect families with community resources. -
Participate in team meetings and contribute to creating a positive
learning environment. - Maintain accurate records to monitor
student progress and comply with school policies. Qualifications
