Job Description:

Pine Acres Rehabilitation and Living Center is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Associate to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare services team, you will play an integral role in providing high-quality care and support to our patients. Our center is committed to excellent patient outcomes, and we specialize in comprehensive rehabilitation, skilled nursing care, and promoting wellness. You will work closely with other nursing professionals to ensure that all patients receive the optimal level of care and support during their recovery. Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and feeding patients Monitor patients' vital signs and record important health indicators Support patients during mobility tasks, using proper lifting techniques to prevent injuries Distribute and manage patient medications in accordance with doctor’s prescriptions Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals Maintain accurate patient records and report any significant changes in condition to registered nurses or physicians Participate in patient rehabilitation regimes and activities, as directed by a physical therapist or nurse Proficiency in handling and monitoring medical equipment Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to perform physically demanding tasks Knowledge of basic healthcare and hygiene standards Compassion and patience in dealing with patients Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification CPR certification
