Job Description Job Description Litigation Associate (2nd–4th Year) Location: Wilmington, DE Time Type: Full-Time Direct Counsel represents an AmLaw 100 firm seeking a 2nd–4th year Litigation Associate to join its Litigation Practice Group in the Wilmington office. This role offers the opportunity to handle complex matters in the Delaware Court of Chancery and other Delaware courts while working alongside a high-performing litigation team. Key Responsibilities: Represent clients in corporate litigation before the Delaware Court of Chancery . Handle a broad range of general litigation matters in other Delaware courts. Conduct sophisticated legal research and writing on complex issues. Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on case strategy and client counseling. Qualifications: Member in good standing of the Delaware Bar (required). Outstanding academic credentials from a top-tier law school . Strong writing, research, and analytical skills . Prior corporate litigation experience in the Delaware Court of Chancery. Judicial clerks are strongly encouraged to apply.
