Job Description:
Lundbeck US, a leader in pharmaceuticals with a dedicated focus
on brain diseases, is seeking a Psychiatry Account Manager to join
our dynamic sales team. This position is critical in our mission to
improve the quality of life for patients by promoting our
innovative treatments directly to healthcare professionals. The
ideal candidate will be deeply committed to fostering long-term
relationships with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers, to
educate and inform them about our product lines, ensuring they are
fully integrated into appropriate patient care. Build and maintain
strong relationships with psychiatrists and other mental health
professionals. Develop and implement strategic business plans for
targeted accounts. Educate healthcare providers on the features and
benefits of our products. Ensure compliance with all regulatory
statutes and guidelines. Monitor competitor activity and market
trends. Provide accurate forecasts and reports on account activity.
Attend national and regional conferences and meetings. Strong
interpersonal and communication skills. Proven sales experience in
the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry. Ability to negotiate and
influence healthcare professionals. Knowledge of CNS/brain diseases
and treatments preferred. Strong analytical skills to set and meet
sales targets. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance
401k Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Pharmaceutical Sales Certification (optional but preferred).
