DEVELOPER The Arc Westchester, a leading organization in the field
of Human Services is seeking a motivated and creative individual to
help empower adults with developmental disabilities to achieve
their personal best and gain greater independence through suitable
employment. Job Summary Candidate develops career opportunities and
provides retention supports for individuals employed in the
community. Communicate with employers, families and service
providers regarding progress or concerns at the work site. Provide
assistance with job and interpersonal skills to individuals at
their place of employment. The ideal candidate will be able to work
independently, be reliable, energetic and a strong advocate for the
adults Arc of Westchester serves. Job Requirements · The position
requires a HS Diploma, Bachelors degree preferred · Valid NYS
Driver’s License and Access to a reliable car. · Experience working
with people with developmental disabilities preferred. Company
